Zagreb Tango Mingle

25 -27 August 2023

Before the warm breeze turns into a crisp chill, we invite you to a beautiful city of Zagreb for a weekend packed with tango. A spotless hardwood floor and crystal-clear acoustics await you in the coolest and snazziest dance club in town, followed by an outdoor summer terrace to chill, dine, unwind and enjoy summer’s last warming rays or simply lounging in the shade.

Our Che Che Mingle is taking place in the cool and snazzy Peti Kupe dance club. Lovely wooden dance-floor, fantastic sound, rich bar selection and the new outdoor summer terrace will be our home for this lovely weekend. The proximity to the train station, extra-large windows, adjacent garden and the red brick exterior reminds irresistibly of those dreamy Berlin tango lofts. A pristine blend of hip, chic and chill vibe for hot summer days and nights.

Check the map!

Having in mind the size of our location and a wish to offer the most pleasant tango experience on and off the dance floor, Che Che mingle will be limited to 250 dancers. The selection of dancers will be curated with dance level, country, dancing role and date of registration in mind. We will strive to keep the selection as open as possible.

This includes all milongas (besides the after-party in case you’re leaving home on Sunday), brunch on Saturday and Sunday and various snacks, finger food and some secret specials during the day and night to keep our bodies functioning. We skip dinners to let you get some rest and explore many cool food venues in Zagreb (we’ve created a special mini-guide for that exact occasion).  Naturally, things like water, tea and simple refreshments will be available free of charge – for all else there is a massively rich bar of our dance club Peti Kupe.
