Photos and videos of participants at the event: During Che Che Zagreb Tango Mingle event you may be photographed or recorded on video. By registering to the event you thereby give to the organisers the unqualified right to take pictures and/or recordings of you and grant the perpetual right to use legally your likeness, image, photo (collectively, “image”), without compensation, for broadcast or exhibition in any medium (Social Media, Web Site, Advertising) and to put the finished pictures/recordings to any legitimate use without limitation or reservation. You thereby waive, release and forever discharge the organisers from and against any and all claims or actions arising out of or resulting from any use of your image. A participant keeps their right for their photo to be taken down by written request to info@chechemarathon.com. This does not extend to video materials or photos made by unofficial photographers, as well as personal photos of other participants.
Data Use Policy: We respect your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy sets out details about the way we process personal data that we collect from you and how we may use your information, when you subscribe to, or are already included in a mailing list.
Collection of your personal data: When you subscribe we collect your name, email address, origin, subscription preferences and any other information you choose to provide to us.
Use of your personal data: We collect personal data from you only where we have your consent to do so. We will use the personal data you have provided to us to send you email alerts and gather feedback to improve our email alerts. We may also occasionally contact you to improve our service.
Storage and retention of your personal data: We will retain your personal data for as long as is necessary for the purpose it was collected. When you have subscribed to participate to our event, we will keep your personal data for as long as you are subscribed to that registration service and delete that data once you have requested to be removed. At the end of the retention period, your personal data will be disposed of securely.
Disclosure and security of your personal data: We never disclose your personal data to third parties.
